Trackers not charging
If a Tracker doesn't show Charged after time in the Dock:
Check the Dock's battery. Open the Trackers & Dock screen. If the Dock is low, plug it in with a USB-C cable.
Reseat the Tracker. Take it out and place it back in its slot so it sits flat.
Remove the cap. If the Tracker has an Anti-Slip Cap on, take it off and try again.
Clean the contacts. Wipe the charging contacts in the Dock and on the Tracker with a dry cloth.
Give it time. Leave the Tracker in the Dock for at least 30 minutes. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
